RANCHI, India, April 15 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 13:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.

No one turns up on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 submit that since there is no merit in this Cr.M.P., hence, the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this Cr.M.P.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
