RANCHI, India, April 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. The petitioners in this writ petition claims appointment to the post of "Trained Graduate Teachers" pursuant to the Advertisement No. 21 of 2016. It is a case of the petitioners that they have obtained more marks than the cut-off marks, but their case has not been considered and they have not been appointed. Thus, their candidature needs to be considered.
2. The counsel appearing on behalf of J.S.S.C., on instruction submits that all these petitioners have obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate in the subject and the category of the petitioners.
