2. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No.5- Purnima Kumari as Anganbadi Sewika of VillageDondiya, Jama.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this petitioner and respondent No.5 were both candidates for the said post but the candidature of the petitioner was rejected arbitrarily.
