RANCHI, India, April 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that there is a provision of appeal.
2. After going through the record, I find that the petitioner is challenging the order of dismissal.
3. As per the counsel for respondents, the order is appealable before the General Manager.
4. Since there is a provision for alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority within six weeks from today to file an appeal.
