RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:

1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest arrested in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 150 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 30 (ii) Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be the proprietor of Shree Shyam Udyog and the allegations are made that from the petitioner's firm, the coal was being transported. He submits t...
