RANCHI, India, April 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 24:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent-JSSC.
2. Admittedly, the petitioners have obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate in the category of the petitioners as per the State-wise merit list.
3. Considering the admitted position, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.
4. Since it has been admitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the appointment process is continuing and, in future if it is found that any person lesser than the marks obtained by the petitioners as per the Statewise merit list is appointed, it will be open to the petiti...
