RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 24:
1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. The petitioner claims death benefit of late Kunti Mundari who was working as Ward Girl in MGM Hospital, Jamshedpur. She died on 21.11.2022. The petitioner being one of the nephew (brother's son) of the deceased has approached this Court claiming the death benefits.
3. Counter affidavit has been filed by the State. In the counter affidavit in paragraph 8 it has been mentioned that in the year 2000 the deceased employee had nominated five persons to receive the share of the death benefits in equal instalments. Name of the petitioner is miss...
