JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NAWAL KISHOR TIWARY V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, April 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:

1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for setting aside the Detailed Medical Examination Report dated 19.11.2025 and Review Medical Examination Report dated 25.11.2025 conducted by the CRPF whereby the petitioner has been declared unfit on the ground of Defective Colour Perception (CP-IV) which is unsafe as per the respondents.
