1. The applicant who is in custody since 24.05.2023 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.240 of 2023 arising out of Dumri P.S. Case No.16 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.381 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and charge sheet has been submitted under Section 302 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Craft (Daain) Practices Act, pending in the court of learned Addl.
