JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MITHILESH KUMAR SAHI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Aug. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 9:

1. At the outset, Mr. Manish Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, produced an order passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Jamshedpur. The same is taken on record.

2. From order dated 04.03.2025 of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Jamshedpur it appears that the main case has already been dismissed for default.

3. Accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner that if the main case will be restored, then he may take appropriate action.

4. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
