The petitioner has been made accused in connection Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.155 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2) and 61 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66 B, 66 C, 66 D and 84 C of the Information Technology Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in cyber-crime and committed online fraud by posing as fake Phone-Pe Customer Care Officer and one mobile handset with two SIM Cards were recovered from his possession.
