RANCHI, India, Feb. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
2. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.
3. Accordingly, I.A. No.16754 of 2025 is, hereby, allowed.
4. Consequently, the present writ petition being W.P.(C) No.5241 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
