RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 14:
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the case was referred for mediation and the same has been successful as the dispute has been settled.
On perusal of the mediation report dated 19.09.2025, it appears that the matter is settled between the parties.
Under the circumstances, the instant Misc. Appeal stands disposed of, in terms of settlement between the parties.
