RANCHI, India, Dec. 11 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 11:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed to direct the respondents to take a final decision on the complaint dated 08.09.2025 which was received by the Central Coalfields Limited in respect of an appointment given to one Smt. Malti Devi who according to the petitioner has obtained employment by impersonation.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was formally known as Roushan Ara and later on married to Anil Ray who was employee of Central Coalfields Limited thereafter she changed her name as Malti Devi.
