RANCHI, India, Aug. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 21:
1. By filing the counter affidavit learned counsel for the State submits that all the three appellants of this case are dead.
2. Annexure-A to the counter affidavit is the letter addressed to learned APP by the Officer In-charge, Sundarpahari Police Station. It has been informed that Lakhan Mohli, Chhabilal Mohli and Gultu Mohli have died. The said affidavit is sworn by S.I., Sundarpahari Police Station. Further from the Mukhika report it is apparent that these appellants are dead.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission this appeal stands abated as there is no substitution application.
