JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KIRIT KUMAR DOSHI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Feb. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:

1. The matter relates to Mandar P.S. Case No.32 of 2004, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1942 of 2004, pending in the Court of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

2. Mr. Rishav Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted vide judgment dated 18.11.2025 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in G.R. Case No.1942 of 2004. He submits that in view of that, this criminal revision petition has become infructuous and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
