2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-
"(a) for issuance of a writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondents no.1 to 3 in particular to provide job to the petitioner and make payment of the claimed compensation for the land which have been acquired by the respondents situated in Jamabandi No.46, mouza Neem Kala No.41, total area 24 Bigha 7 Katha, out of which 7.79 acres land have been acquired by the respondents as far back in the year 1981 and 0.26 acre of land have been acquired under CBA (A & D) by the Eastern Coalfield Limited Project, Rajmahal in the...
