RANCHI, India, April 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this writ petition to file appropriate petition challenging the order by which the claim of the petitioner has been dismissed by a reasoned order.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
