RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. The petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2024 in connection with Garhwa, P.S. Case No. 548 of 2024 Corresponding to POCSO Case No. 09/2025 registered under Sections 137(2), 3(5), 64 of BNS, and U/S 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge POCSO-cum- ASJ-I-cum- FTC (CAW), Garhwa as POCSO Case No. 09/2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this bail application.
3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed. 4. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/e-mail.
