1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 173 of 2025, arising out of Masalia P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 registered under Section 64(1) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics.
