JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DHURAN SAH AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, April 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 11:

1. Heard the parties.

2. It is the prayer of the petitioners that the date of 1st Time Bound Promotion should be corrected and be fixed as 20.10.1983 instead of 01.07.1984 (so far as petitioner No.1) and 13.10.1983 in place of 01.07.1984, so far as petitioner No.2 is concerned.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the though petitioner No.1 has been appointed on 20.10.1973 and petitioner No.2 on 13.10.1973 on the post of Assistant Teachers but their date of 1st Time Bound Promotion has been wrongly fixed.
