RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has already been arrested, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal as this appeal has become infructuous .
2. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent no.2 have raised no objection.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 773 of 2024 is dismissed as has become infructuous.
