RANCHI, India, March 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now been promoted from the post of Assistant SubInspector to Sub-Inspector. Thus, his grievance has been redressed.
2. Considering the submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn as it is become infructuous.
