RANCHI, India, June 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 14:
1. Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3831 of 2025, for offence registered under section 47(a), 55, 52(d) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner of escaping on seeing the raiding party.
