Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise the grounds mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous petition, at appropriate stage before the appropriate court.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
