RANCHI, India, Nov. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 10:
Earlier this case was referred for mediation and the Mediation Report dated 19.09.2025 has been received whereby it appears that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
Accordingly, the instant Misc. Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties and the mediation report shall form part of the order.
The statutory amount deposited at the time of preferring the instant Misc. Appeal be refunded to the appellant- Insurance Company by the office.
