JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON B.S.L. SEVANIBRIT LICENSE AWASDHARI SANGHARSH SAMITTEE V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Feb. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 8:

1. Last order dated 18.11.2025 reads as under:-

"None appears on behalf of the petitioner, however, four week's time is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the surviving defects as pointed out by the office, failing which, this writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench."

2. Today also none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
