RANCHI, India, Nov. 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 13:
Heard the parties.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise the grounds mentioned in the petition at appropriate stage before the appropriate court.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
