RANCHI, India, Aug. 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 9:
1. Party in person, in this PIL, questions award of a contract for forest boundary survey by the respondent no.1 to the respondent no.11 way back on 28th February, 2016.
2. We are not satisfied with the reason assigned for the delay in filing the PIL six years later offered by the party in person.
3. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the PIL and the same is accordingly dismissed.
4. No cost.
