RANCHI, India, Jan. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 15:
1. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
a) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/direction(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to issue work order to the petitioner company with respect to Tender Notice No. 09/JSK&VIB/2025-26 2025_KHADI_106443_1) dated 10.11.2025 wherein the petitioner has been declared H-1 & L- 1 by the competent authority after duly opening the bids.
b) For issuance of further appropriate writ/order/direction, including the Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondentto forthwith handover the ground to the petitioner company where the said work has to...
