Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Utilization Of Green Pea Peel (Waste) In Production Of Processed Food Product' Filed by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University

MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511116920 A) filed by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 25, 2025, for 'utilization of green pea peel (waste) in production of processed food product.'

Inventor(s) include Anuj Yadav; Amit Kumar; Sunil Kumar; and Saurabh Tyagi.
