MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441076405 A) filed by Optimus Drugs Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana, on Oct. 8, 2024, for 'process for crystalline form i of resmetirom.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. N. A. Vekariya; Subbareddy Peketi; Amit Kumar Jain; and Ramakotaiah Maddiguntla.
The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.
