MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641006646 A) filed by Dayananda Sagar University, Kanakpura, Karnataka, on Jan. 23, for 'lipid carriers for intranasal administration to target brain in the treatment of neuro aids.'
