MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641001595 A) filed by National Institute Technology, Warangal, Telangana, on Jan. 7, for 'hydrodynamic rudder with leading-edge tubercles for submersible vehicles.'
