MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097079 A) filed by Borealis Gmbh, Vienna, on Oct. 8, for 'high melt strength polypropylene.'
Inventor(s) include Reichelt, Norbert.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to a process for a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP), wherein the process comprises at least two electron beam irradiation periods, a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP) obtainable by the inventive process, as well as an article comprising said high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP)."
