MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517120599 A) filed by Marlow Foods Limited, Stokesley, U.K., on Dec. 2, 2025, for 'foodstuff.'
Inventor(s) include Taylor, Anna Jayne; Pravinata, Linda Christina; Hafkamp, Albertus Antonius Gerardus; and Meijer, Willem Cornelis.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A foodstuff, for example a hard, vegan cheese, comprises a filamentous fungus, for example Fusarium venenatum and a vegetable oil with a melting point of at least 20 C, wherein the foodstuff has a hardness of at least 1000g, for example in the range 12000 to 40000g."
