MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511115037 A) filed by UPES, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on Nov. 21, 2025, for 'computer-implemented system for adaptive dynamic distribution of seeds in a peer-to-peer (p2p) network.'
