MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641007876 A) filed by Dr. Jogada Shivakumar, Belgaum, Karnataka, on Jan. 27, for 'an energy efficient electrolyzer system for on site hydrogen generation in kitchen.'
