MUMBAI, India, June 16 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611053309 A) filed by Career Point University, Hamirpur, Himachal, on April 27, for 'a method for preparing a skincare formulation with enhanced bioavailability of thuja.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Ram Avtar; Dr. Sonam Sharma; Ms. Kamlesh Kumari; Ayushi Dogra; and Ankita Thakur.

The application for the patent was published on June 5, under issue no. 23/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a novel herbal skin-care cream comprising Thuja leaves and bark powder as primary active ingredients in combination with selected herbal components including as Neem, Haridra, Manjistha, Alo...
