GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
1. Ms. P. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Bhagat, learned counsel for the petitioner, has prayed for 2 (two) weeks time to file the affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondents in this Interlocutory Application.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. List the matter in the 2nd week of November, 2025 along with the reply proposed to be filed by the applicant.
4. Interim order, passed earlier, shall continue till then.
