GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
Call for the case diary of Dispur P.S. Case No.721/2025 registered under Sections 305(a)/331(4) of the BNS, 2023.
The present accused is stated to be arrested on 03.09.2025.
The learned counsel for both sides submit that the accused petitioner being not named in the FIR and nothing being recovered from the petitioner, he may be allowed to go on bail on the ground of length of undergone detention.
So, list the matter on 28.10.2025.
