GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
Heard Mr. J. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. R. Tahbildar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3. Also heard Mr. J. Lotha, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 4.
Having heard the submission of the learned counsels at length, perusal of the record of the college is found to be necessary to ascertain as to whether; the petitioner was rendering his service in the college during the period from 12.08.2008 till 18.08.2020.
Registry shall this matter on 14.11.2025, as part heard.
