GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
Heard Mr. A. Roshid, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C. K. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent Nos. 1-5. Also heard Ms. A. Patrika, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. T. C. Chutia, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 9.
Pursuant to the order of the Court, dated 05.09.2025, Mr. Baruah submits that he has received the Survey Register and he will bring the same on record by filing an additional affidavit.
Prayer is allowed.
Registry shall list the matter on 13.11.2025.
