GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
1. Heard Mr. S. Chanda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who has submitted that although the records reflect that the affidavit-in-opposition have been filed by the respondents No. 3 on 19.06.2024, she has been able to collect a copy of the said affidavit only yesterday from the concerned clerk.
Accordingly, she prays that she may be allowed 2 (two) weeks time to file the affidavit-in-reply.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. The petitioner may filed the reply to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent No. 3 within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today.
4. List the matter after 2 (two) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
