GUWAHATI, India, Nov. 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Oct. 24:
A prayer is made on behalf of Mr. P. Neog, learned counsel for the petitioners for adjournment in the matter on the ground of personal inconvenience.
The prayer is not objected to by Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. P.P. Assam appearing for the State. He further submits that the Case Diary has not been received in the matter.
Registry to list this matter again on 11-11-2025 for production of the Case Diary.
Interim order passed earlier to continue till the next date of listing.
