The petitioner Tufazzul Hussain is invoking the revisional jurisdiction under section 438/442 of BNSS 2023, aggrieved by the order dated 17.03.2025, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta, in F.C. (Crl.) Case No. 356/2020, directing him to pay monthly maintenance of Rs.3000/- to the respondent, Fulmala Khatun, w.e.f 17.11.2021.
