GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SUNIL MUCHAHARY AND ORS V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 3 ORS.

GUWAHATI, India, March 4 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
