RANCHI, India, May 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 16:
1. Instant Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 18.12.2003 and 20.12.2003 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Dumka in Sessions Case No. 19 of 1999, whereby and whereunder the sole appellant has been held guilty and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years for the offences under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
