Heard Mr. DK Nath, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. SS Roy, learned CGC for the respondents.
Mr. SS Roy, learned CGC for the respondents, on instructions submits that the petitioners no.1, 2, 3, 8 & 9 verification process have been completed and their cases have been processed for issuance of the appointments orders. The matter is pending before the appropriate authority. In so far as the case of the petitioners no. 4, 5, 6 & 7 are concerned, their cases are processed for verification and their verification is not complete and it is pending before the competent authorities, who are suppose to undertake the verification process.
