GUWAHATI, India, March 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
[1] Heard Mr. S.P. Sharma, the learned counsel for the appellant, who seeks an adjournment on the ground of personal difficulty.
[2] The prayer is, therefore, allowed.
